3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, poho4d implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to provide the following documentation:

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 unless otherwise stated. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits.

4.2 Payment Processing

When making deposits to your poho4d account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of platform error or technical malfunction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on poho4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a method that requires currency conversion, the exchange rate applied will be the prevailing rate at the time of transaction as determined by our payment processor. poho4d is not responsible for currency fluctuations or exchange rate differences.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To withdraw funds from your poho4d account, you must:

• Have completed full KYC verification
• Withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name
• Meet the minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50,000
• Have wagered any deposited funds at least once (turnover requirement)
• Have completed any active bonus wagering requirements or forfeited the bonus
• Not have any pending security or compliance investigations on your account

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

poho4d strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are:

Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000 unless your account has been approved for higher limits. poho4d reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments for security reasons.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

poho4d reserves the right to:

• Request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals
• Delay withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations
• Refuse withdrawal requests that do not comply with these terms
• Deduct any outstanding fees, charges, or reversed transactions from withdrawal amounts
• Close accounts and forfeit funds in cases of serious terms violations

5.4 Dormant Account Fee

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers) will be classified as dormant. poho4d may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. We will notify you via email before applying any dormant account fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

poho4d offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotion details. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are awarded at poho4d's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Only one bonus can be active per player at any given time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may have their accounts permanently closed.

• Bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies
• If an event is postponed, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours. After 48 hours, bets may be voided
• If an event is abandoned or canceled, bets are typically voided unless an official result is declared
• Live betting odds are subject to change rapidly. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement
• poho4d reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started if there is a clear time advantage

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the poho4d platform:

• Arbitrage betting or exploiting odds differences between platforms
• Insider betting (wagering based on non-public information)
• Match-fixing or any involvement in sports corruption
• Reverse engineering or attempting to hack platform software
• Harassing or abusing other players, dealers, or customer support staff

7.4 Responsible Gaming Requirements

10. Account Closure and Suspension

• Access to your account will be permanently revoked
• Account closure is final and cannot be reversed

10.2 poho4d-Initiated Closure

poho4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

In cases of account closure due to terms violations, poho4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and withhold pending withdrawals.
